Once we were on the side of Stone Mountain,, wrong side of the fence,,of course, and a Park Ranger pulled up way down below us. He got his loud speaker and ordered us off the mountain..
One of the fellows I was with,,which shall remain anonymous but his initials were were Vincent Berg.
Well Vince yells down,, "come get us copper". We were all dying laughing. The Ranger did in fact start up the mountain. When he disappeared from site,, we made a circle and went down to his truck. Vince decided we should drive his truck back to the gris-mill, where we had parked.
I just know in my soul the Park Ranger was slightly upset when he came back down to find his truck gone, and I'll bet he never went up the mountain after any body else either
