40 Anniv. of first graduating class '70 - 2010/03/25 23:18
So much time has gone by since the first graduating class of SHS (of which I was one) went into the real world. (40 years as of Sat. June 6, 2010.) Of course, I remember my senior year, all the parties, buddies, dates, football games, concerts and most of all, the friends. Although times have changed, great memories endure. Thankfully we are reconnnected by this site. New friends are made because we have Shamrock as a common bond. It is a great thing when dragons attend a lunch or a Saturday night out. We share memories and bring to mind those that have been forgotten for a while. To see old friends or classmates is a good thing. We always have fun, but most importantly is the connection of our youth. Getting together takes us back. Even those in classes that came after the first grad. class mean a lot. We are all of one school. Well, enough of that, I'm just saying.
