Robert Head Hospitalized - 2010/12/13 15:09 Hey Ya'll -- got an email from Robert Head that his feet have landed him back in the hospital again...preliminary diagnosis is infected bone marrow in both feet.

As you may know, Robert was in an accident while filming on the Tennessee River and it has taken him a while to get back on his feet, so this is a serious setback.

He's at St. Joe in Sandy Springs, Room 410, and asks that we keep him in our prayers. He's answering his email, and posting a cell phone number, so drop him a PM and let him know the Dragons are behind him.

Meanwhile -- Happy Holidays to one and all!

Re:Robert Head Hospitalized - 2010/12/27 12:03 Hey Again Ya'll -- Hope your Holiday was the greatest -- a WHITE CHRISTMAS in Atlanta was the event of the century! (And, of course, a 24-hr wonder...)

The great news is that Robert made it out of the hospital with NO more amputations, and spent the Holidays at home with his family.

Here's wishing him a happy, healthy NEW YEAR -- let's hope he's kicking his heels, twinkling his toes and up and running soon!

Re:Robert Head Hospitalized - 2011/01/27 14:21 And the latest news is...

Robert Head found himself back in St. Joe's on January 13, and after 16 days, and things getting pretty touch and go, he has finally had to give up the bottom part of his right leg. He's looking at 2 months of rehab, then will be fitted with a replacement.

Robert's phone is out right now, but he's taking emails. He sounds pretty perky, I've got to hand it to him for that. He's sure been through a lot with that dang foot.
