WOWZERS! What a night! Thank you dragons for packing the place. Had you all not shown up it would have been a very sad night for the Moonshadow. The weather was so cruddy and I know it should have kept you away but you braved the elements and made it our best show yet. And how about Mr. Stevie Pappas getting onstage on drums after 5 long years? He got the excitement level up and the dance floor was certainly packed out for "Keep Your Hands To Yourself" and the Beatles' " I Saw Her Standing There." It was the perfect setup for the 2nd set which brought just about everyone in the place close to the stage. You just can't imagine how fun it is for me to see so many of my friends enjoying the music and everyone's company. It was great to see so many new faces. Judi Goodale Blakesly drove all the way from Mississippi for the show (and her niece many years our junior celebrated all night too). And my dear family friend Tonia Garguilo Cagle (was as radiant as ever) and her husband David were there. She brought Lori Henderson and her hubby too(and friends) and I believe they want to come back to the next gig. Faye Durham Howard, Debbie Grier Baltes, Jeff Shirley( when you joining us onstage man?), Stephen Bird(our NUMBER 1 FAN), Scott Smethers(has not missed one yet),and one of the newest members to the website, Kim Oliver(great Paris Hilton impression on facebook) who was a good friend to my late brother David. Stevie Pappas brought Charlie and Rosa and several others, my drummer Charles brought about 10 people and Melissa and I had about 20 people from our work and friends. The moonshadow staff asked me to be sure and thank you all too as they had a terrific night. They are already messaging me about our next appearance there. I certainly can't wait. I have never had more fun playing, and as we get more and more dragons coming it will only get better. Thanx and rock on ROCK CITY!
