Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! If we bring back the Karma rating, then I vote that YOU be the Moderator! LOL!
Typical Karma conversation:
Member #1: My Karma went down by 20 points today, what happened?
Me: Well, perhaps someone decreased it because they didn't like what your post said.
Member #1: No! I know who did it. It was (2nd Member's name)! He/She hates me because (fill in gossip here).
Me: No, I'm sure that's not the case.
Member #1: Yes, it has to be (Member #2's name).
Later that same day:
Member #2: My karma was decreased, did you do it?
Me: No. I didn't do it.
Member number 2: Oh! I bet I know who did it! It was (Member #1's name)! He/She hates me. Did you know that (fill in some piece of gossip that I really don't want to know about)?
And so it begins..... The the Karma wars, the late night calls, Members complaining about other Members getting their friends to help manipulate the numbers, all the he said/she said, and me right in the middle of it, trying to keep the peace! Arrrrrgh!
Funny thing is, I thought we all got out of high school YEARS ago! However, I will say this: If Bob wants to take another vote, I will go with what the majority rules.
