Well, I tried to suppress the news, and the cat just jumped out of the bag, so I guess it's officially official. It's a Saturday night instead of Friday, so hopefully no one has to work and can have a late bedtime. AND, there is no other Shamrock event planned so I can give it more than my all (last time I had to save a smidgen for the Saturday night Oasis it it darn near killed me).
Like always, there is no cover for ROCK CITY at the Moonshadow for all of you Shamrockers. I know how you love to party so buy plenty of drinks and tip heavy with all the money you save at the door. I hope some of you that have always wanted to come see us can do so this time. I am trying to clear all of the hurdles. And I might be talked into buying some drinks for some of you 1st timers (Eddie? Richard? Marty?-maybe a cigar for you---Tim-no politics just rock and roll-Mike-just 1 free drink for you cuz I remember how you can handle the booze-)
But come 1 and all and please get your mugs in some of the pictures with all of the pretty ladies that Shamrock is getting known for at the Moonshadow ( Ida, Janice, Lisa, Fay, Debra, Judy, Kim, Tonia & Lori just to name a few...) AND......... Stephen Pappas is gonna sit in for a handful of tunes to make the night complete. (check out my original tune at www.myspace.com/therockcityband ) Who could ask for anything more? No one, that's who! Let's PARTY! Plus we are working up some new tunes to really get those money makers shakin. I hope to see everyone, and I do mean everyone (Janice) there at 9 pm sharp. And if you can hang past 1 you definitely get a free drink if not a free ride home! HAHA! See ya!
AND....please don't forget DaveR is playing this weekend with all of his bands! Mr Pappas tells me they are smokin hot, so come out and support his ensemble too! Here we go DRAGONS, here we go!!
