Why are our Government programs broke? - 2009/09/17 08:09 This is reported from the Los Angeles Times,,,,,,,,

Think About It!
Just One State
This is only one State...............If this doesn't open eyes, nothing will!

7fe9aa.jpgFrom the L. A. Times
1. 40% of all workers in L. A. County (L. A. County has 10.2 million people)are working for cash and not paying taxes. This is because they are predominantly illegal immigrants working without a green card.
2. 95% of warrants for murder in Los Angeles are for illegal aliens.
3. 75% of people on the most wanted list in Los Angeles are illegal aliens.
4. Over 2/3 of all births in Los Angeles County are to illegal alien Mexicans on Medi-Cal , whose births were paid for by taxpayers.
5. Nearly 35% of all inmates in California detention centers are Mexican nationals here illegally
6. Over 300,000 illegal aliens in Los Angeles County are living in garages.
7. The FBI reports half of all gang members in Los Angeles are most likely illegal aliens from south of the border.
8 Nearly 60% of all occupants of HUD properties are illegal.
9. 21 radio stations in L. A. are Spanish speaking.
10. In L. A. County 5.1 million people speak English, 3.9 million speak Spanish.
(There are 10.2 million people in L. A. County.)

(All 10 of the above are from the Los Angeles Times)

Less than 2% of illegal aliens are picking our crops, but 29% are on welfare. Over 70% of the United States' annual population growth (and over 90% of California, Florida, and New York) results from immigration. 29% of inmates in federal prisons are illegal aliens .

We are a bunch of fools for letting this continue

Re:Why are our Government programs broke? - 2009/09/17 22:20 I agree with you with the exception being air is not free we are paying for clean air and your memories will no longer exist if they let Obama have his way .. Respectfully , John Faillo

Re:Why are our Government programs broke? - 2009/09/18 00:45 I cannot even read about what has been said on this post w/o yearning for the way it used to be. I'm not turning my head away from what is going on these days but I do long for the simpler times. I guess It's just me being me. I've seen the simpler times and lived them. And, I guess thats just what folks of my generation do, talk about "the way it used to be". That in itself is not a bad thing. It's a way to let folks of the younger generation know how it was in the past. But life is a good thing. You just never know who you'll meet from your past. Someone that you didn't really know or even know existed can become your friend. Savor the new friends you make. That's the only way I'll ever be rich.
Reading Duke's post is very informative and just as scarey. I know that initially America consisted of folks from many nations. We, as a country have grown so fast and it seems that we are no longer "We".
"We" are now "too many".

Re:Why are our Government programs broke? - 2009/09/18 15:28 Thank You Victor!

BTW, I know Atlantans that despise the illegals but think nothing of it when they hire them to do yard work and such. If you want to get ticked off, channel in on the folks that thought NAFTA and outsourcing were great ideas!

Re:Why are our Government programs broke? - 2009/09/18 15:53 That is a very nice post. Things sure aren't like they use to be. I think it use to be a we world, but not it seems to have become a me world. I think it's really sad and the things we grew up with that we use to enjoy seems to have gone on the wayside. Everything is so fast pace now that it seems we don't have the time to enjoy them anymore. I guess we need to hold on tightly to those things that we once treasured so that no more of them slip through our fingers. Hold on tight, because it's not over yet.
