We like to keep the atmosphere of this site fun by keeping the topics light and entertaining. Politics and religious posts can be potentially volatile because everybody has their own view and opinion.

However, from time to time (not EVERY Friday), Bob posts an "Open Forum Friday" post. On these threads, Site Members are encouraged to debate their political opinions.. The Moderators do not edit or delete any of these posts, so we ask that Members are respectful of each other.

If you just can't wait to get into a political debate, Bob has another great site called talkgwinnett.net that is more of a political forum. It is REALLY fun to read some of the posts there! Check it out! ~~ Dragon #9 Susie

We are so "greatful" that our federal government (genuflect when you say that fella) sent our overpayment back without a full year's worth of interest or penalties included....Maybe if the government gets bigger then maybe we'll get a bigger and bigger return each year!!!! Still waiting for our great state of North Carolina to send our overpayment...they say maybe in September. We will be attending the Tea Party in sprawling downtown Southern Pines next Thursday the 15th.
