Dennis Miller - 2007/11/01 21:33
I saw Dennis Miller's name in this dialog. Can anyone tell me how Dennis died? I looked at the in memorium section of this site (i added a couple of my friends names to it) and I saw Dennis's name. I worked with Dennis Miller at ALERT gas station sometime around 74 or 75 or maybe both. I forget. I really liked the guy - he was a hell of a lot of fun to be around and we smoked a ton of weed prior to pumping gas. I really have a lot of fun memories of a fairly moronic job. One story_ Dennis had carefully painted the edge of the gas islands and we were admiring his work when a car pulled up and rubbed the curb. Well- that definately burnt Dennis's short fuse. I thought he was goona pull that dude out of his car and make him re-paint the curb. And it was always kind of fun to stand there watching the cops waiting for someone to leave Hemmingways across the street. I miss him and its sad to see that he's gone.
