Pea Ridge - 2007/08/07 14:59
I always thought of Pea Ridge as the area around the old Rehoboth elementary running down McClendon and Frazier and out towards Rehoboth Baptist. Waffle House by Rehoboth Baptist had a "Welcome to Pea Ridge" sign for awhile out front, but I think that would have been the far boundary. Glad people are still calling it that, not sure why. Maybe just holding on to the past.I grew up around the Cagles...Karen, Kevin, Greg.Dirk Detweiler, Harry Williams, Gary Alberts and David Murry who is now a professional race car driver. My sister Carol was class of '70, the first graduating class.
