My sister Ann Parker Williams (class of 1975) also attended McLendon from 1st to 5th grade until we moved to Drayton Woods where we attended Idlewood.

They also went to Shamrock. Remember Mr. Guptin? I loved him, he paddled my brother alot.......

I do remember mr gupton. What I remember most was the wicked smile that i gave when my dad told him, on the first day of first grade, to do what he saw fit to take care of any disciline problems out of me and then, my dad said he would "finish" the job when he got home...

I wonder if Mr G is still around.

I stayed clean after that..
