This is a throw-back to one of Atlanta's most embarassing moments: SuperBowl XXXIII.  DIRTY BIRD RICE! Love it and still have it at least once a month. I have the original recipe for it, but a simpler version is to buy Zatarain's Dirty Rice and, instead of using browned ground beef as the box instructs, I brown a package of Jimmy Dean mild sausage. The sausage adds quite a nice little kick!
Also, when it's our turn to host the SB party, I HAVE to make Banana's Foster - it just goes with the dirty rice. Seems I always walk back into the kitchen just when a couple of the guys are sticking their fingers in the pan to get that last drop of sauce!  Too funny!
