Re:Pierres Foozball - 2007/12/12 13:14 I remember the exact location. I thought it was called "Goober's"? Do you remember the arcade that was located on one of those little side roads across from the mall? I can't remember the name of the road but, it was in the building behind a print shop that faced N. Druid Hills. It was alot of fun too!

Re:Pierres Foozball - 2007/12/12 16:55 I remember that Burger Chef and Foozball place very well. There is someone whom I am unable to get on this site that has been dying for the mention of that Burger Chef. These class of 1970 folks are so paranoid! **more cowbell**

Re:Pierres Foozball - 2007/12/12 19:20 I used to work at the Scott Drive In. When the movies stopped I had to knock on the car windows and yell "The picture was over, The picture was over" They paid me $1.35 per hour and all I could see.

Re:Pierres Foozball - 2007/12/12 20:50 there was a whole posting somewhere on here about the Scott Drive-in. I have many fond, smoky and foggy memories of Saturday nights at the Scott Drive-in

Re:Pierres Foozball - 2007/12/12 21:07 I have the same memories of Scott Drive-In as Marshall. Tracey Mooney and I went to see The Groove Tube. Chevy Chase was in the movie. We laughed so hard! Probably wouldn't have been so funny without all the smoke in the car.

Re:Pierres Foozball - 2007/12/12 21:17 Scott's Drive-in was very cool. I remember seeing "Fists of Fury" (Bruce Lee) and "Jason and the Argonaughts" (sp?) there. There were a number of drive-ins back then. Too bad they have disappeared . I believe there is only one in the Atlanta area now.
