If you are the Coordinator of a Shamrock reunion or want to find classmates for a smaller event, you are welcome to use ShamrockReunions.com as your news and information outlet. Contact us so that we can give you access to the site's resources.

How To Use This Site

ShamrockReunions.com is here to serve the Shamrock Dragon family! You are welcome to use it to contact your classmates from other years, publicize your upcoming reunion, etc. Follow these steps to get started:

• Register by clicking the `Register` link in the Member Login section on the home page. You will receive an email message asking you to confirm your address. Once you are confirmed, you can log in to access additional site features;
  
• Log in, then click `Your Profile` in the User Menu to access your Profile. Click `Edit` to upload your photo or add additional info to your Profile;
  
• Visit the discussion forums to find other active site members, or to post your “Here I Am” or “Has Anybody Seen…” notice:
  
• Click `Member List` in the User Menu to see other alumni who have registered at ShamrockReunions.com;
• Subscribe to the Shamrock Reunions mail list. In addition to publication here at the site, important information including notices of upcoming events will be sent to the mail list;
• Subscribe to the ShamrockReunions.com RSS feed. If you know what `RSS` means, click the `RSS` and/or `Comments RSS` links to the right. If you don’t know, you can click here to find out… or just make sure that you subscribe to the mail list!

The Power Is In the Profile

Your Member Profile is your home base-- the place where you can manage most of the site's features and tell fellow alumni about yourself. For this reason, the Member Profile section is where we have packed most of the good stuff!

• The Profile home page begins with your photo and the basic details. Click the `Edit` button to upload or update your photo, or add/edit info in your Profile. Below your photo, you will find a number of tabbed panels;
• Forum:  One tab will list all of your contributions to the discussion forums, as well as a list of the topics to which you have `subscribed` to receive replies;
• More Info: Visitors to your Profile see these additional details about you. This is data that you have submitted via the `Edit` function;
• `Connections:` This tab lists all of the users with whom you have established a `connection.` How do you make a connection? Simply go to another member's Profile and click `Connections / Request Connection` at the top of their Profile Page. `Connections` make it easier to find your friends for private messages, visiting their profiles, etc.
• Guestbook: You can accept comments on your Profile Guestbook and leave comments on another member's Profile page. To sign another member's guesbook, click on the `Guestbook` tab on their Profile Page, then click `Sign Profile Book.` You can even rate the other member! But be careful; guestbook entries are public and readable by all members.
• Photos: This tab is your photo gallery, where you can upload images for other members to view.
• Private Messaging: To contact another member privately, go to their Profile Page, then click `Messages / Send Private Message` or `Messages / Send Email.` You can also send a private message by clicking `Send/Check Messages` in the User Menu.

There are a ton of other features too numerous to list here. Your best bet is to spend a couple of hours exploring the site. Members report that the site is highly addictive, so be careful and limit your viewing accordingly... if you can!
